Do I have to take my cracked glass somewhere else?
Nope. Hail often cracks windshields and glass along with denting panels, so we handle glass in-house right alongside the dent and body work. Everything's done under one roof — when you get your vehicle back, the whole job is finished.
What if you find more damage after the estimate?
It happens — some damage only shows once we're working the panels. When it does, we document it and file a supplement with your adjuster so the estimate reflects the true repair. It's a normal, expected part of the process.
